The Gavin Family

 During our Christmas Mini-Sessions, the Gavin family joined me in the studio.  It has been a few years since I've had the pleasure of working with them and it was great to see them all again.  My, how their kids have grown!  It is crazy how quickly time flies.

Kaelyn {One Year Old}

 Hard to believe this little peanut is one already!  It seems like only a short time ago she was sweetly smiling in her sleep during her newborn session.  It is crazy how time flies!

Kaelyn {Nine Months Old}

 Talk about a little cutie pie!  In November, sweet little Kaelyn once again lit up my studio with her adorable smile.  It's hard to believe this little peanut is nine months old already.  Seems like just a few weeks ago I was capturing her newborn portraits. 

The Northup Family

In October, I met up with the Northup family for their fall mini-session at South Park in Wellman.  The leaves were a beautiful golden yellow and made for the perfect setting for this beautiful family. 

My Baby Girl is 6!

 It is hard to believe it, but my Gabby girl is 6!  How is that even possible?  I always enjoy seeing how much my client's children have grown between sessions.  With my own children, it's often harder to see these changes since I have the pleasure of watching them grow every day.  

The Mitchell Family

In early October, I headed to Iowa City for the Mitchell family's mini session.  It has been a few years since the Mitchell family has been in front of my camera.  It was a pleasure to photograph them again!

Ava {Three Year Old}

Sweet little Ava recently came into the studio for her birthday session.  Hard to believe this little cutie is three already!  It seems like it wasn't long ago that she was just a tiny newborn curled up in a basket in the studio. 

Maryann {6 Years Old}

Recently, I headed to southern Minnesota to photograph Maryann's six year portraits.  She did such a wonderful job during her session.  She was full of big smiles.  I have been photographing this sweet girl since she was just about one month old.  Hard to believe how the time has flown by and she is now six!

Kaelyn {Three Months Old}

It is hard to believe this little peanut is three months old already.  Seriously, time flies!  I was so excited to have her back in front of my camera.  I have to say, she is the most smiley three month old I think I've ever seen.  Look at this sweet girl's gorgeous smile!  She made my job so easy with her happy face.  Honestly, my heart melts a bit each time I look at her  portraits.  Adorable!

Wyatt {One Year Old}

 One evening last week, I met up with Wyatt and his parents at Wellman's North Park.  Wyatt is so adorable and it was a lot of fun capturing his portraits.  I was so happy that he was in a good mood during golden hour, the hour before sunset, because the evening light was simply beautiful.

Lilly {Four Years Old}

Lilly came into the studio recently for her birthday club session.  She was so excited to do a Vanelope Von Schweetz styled session and, I have to say, it was so much fun to do!   Lilly had a great time getting all dressed up as Vanelope.  I love how her portraits turned out.  Seriously, so cute!

Carter & Adria

 Recently, I met up in Iowa City with the adorable duo that is Carter and his little sis, Adria.  Seriously, these to are the definition of cute.  Our location of choice for the evening was the Iowa City Dog Park.  Sounds a little odd I'm sure, but the grassy field next to the dog park is a location I adore, beautiful tall grasses mixed with wildflowers, love it!
