Elle-Mirai

Yesterday, I photographed a few more Elle-Mirai hats. I have to say, they are the softest hats I have ever touched and so beautiful. The yarns they use are simply amazing and they are so well crafted. I am definitely going to get one of their hat-bootie-diaper cover sets for newborn sessions in my studio. Love them! I also love their bow ties. How adorable is the fabric they use?

Zephyr Weddings

I have had the privilege over the past year to do the product photography for Zephyr Weddings of their amazing invitations. I thought I'd share some of the latest shots. The invitations they create are simply lovely. If you are planning an event, you should definitely check them out.

Josh & Beth {Engaged}

Wednesday morning, I met with Josh and Beth by the University of Iowa theater building for their engagement session. We had a great time walking around the area by the theater building, then heading over to the Old Capital and Ped Mall area. I love engagement sessions. They are a great way to get to know the couple better and this session was no exception. I am looking forward to their August wedding.

Tanner {9 Months Old}

Last weekend, I spent the afternoon with Tanner and his family. We started our session at the Wellman Park. It was beautiful out and Tanner had a lot of fun in the grass. He had a fun time showing off how well he does standing. I absolutely love the picture of him holding his parents hands and looking up at them. So adorable!!!

Peyton's One!

It is so hard to believe that just a year ago this little sweetie was just an itty bitty peanut. Peyton was just two weeks old when she first graced my studio and I have had the absolute pleasure of watching her grow this past year. She has always been so much fun to photograph and has such gorgeous blue eyes and such an adorable smile! Happy birthday, Peyton!!

Four Generations

Family is so important and family portraits are a great way to create amazing keepsakes. A little over a week ago I had five amazing women in my studio for a four generation portrait. How special is that? The photos we got during the session speak to their family history and will be memories they will treasure. They look amazing in the photos too!
