Scot & Allie {Wedding}

 

On July 20th, I headed to First United Methodist to begin capturing Scot and Allie's wedding day.  I love the large circular stained glass window above the alter in First United Methodist.  It is truly stunning set above their grand pipe organ.  It made for a beautiful setting for this wedding.  

Busy Week

I have spent the past week traveling all around Iowa for shoots.  I am loving the images from this week.  I've been photographing some adorable kids, a beautiful styled session, a tiny newborn, and bridal portraits.  So many great people and so many amazing locations.  I  cannot wait to share them with you!  Now, I'm off to hit the road again.  Be sure to check back next week for some fun images!

Nathan & Beth {Wedding}

At the end of April, I headed to Western Iowa for the wedding of Nathan and Beth.  It was a gorgeous day.  The church had a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stained glass window at the back and was filled with gorgeous natural light.  It was a great group of people to work with, which  made for a wonderful day.

Sam & Bryana {Newlywed}

On New Years Eve, I spent a wonderful day capturing the wedding of Sam & Bryana. They were married in the newly built Congregational church north of Cedar Rapids. It had a huge window on the back wall, that filled that area with beautiful natural light. We took most of the formal portraits there.
