At the end of June, I headed to Des Moines to capture the wedding of Andy and Sarah. We began our day at the Holiday Inn and Suites in West Des Moines. Sarah and her bridesmaids were getting ready in the bridal suite.

The beautiful natural light from the windows was a photographer's
dream. We had such a great time capturing the moments shared with her
bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law as Sarah got ready for her
wedding day.
After Sarah was in her dress and ready for the day, we headed down to the room where Andy and his groomsmen were getting ready. The guys were such a fun group. They were joking around as they put on their ties and finishing touches, listening to Marvin Gaye on their playlist.
On the patio area, just outside the reception hall, Andy and Sarah shared their first look. Love the stone wall and white columns!
