A New Year Has Begun

Wow!  Are we really one week into 2015?  This year is off to a busy start around the office, as I have begun the large process of redesigning our website, blog, proof galleries, and so much more.  I'm pretty much spent all of the past few days glued to my monitor, designing away.  I'm really excited about the new look, unfortunately it will still be a while before I'm ready to launch everything.  I can't wait to share it with you!

Wedding season 2015 is going to be so much fun!  Inquiries have been coming in like crazy lately and dates are filling quickly.  Love it!  I'm am so excited to work with all of the amazing couples who have chosen Geno Photography to capture their weddings.  I really do have the best clients ever.

As for portraits, I'm looking forward to another busy year filled with babies, children, families, and seniors.  This spring/early summer we'll be holding mini-sessions again.  October was such a hit, I think we'll do the same offer.  I'll be sure to post as soon as all the details are in place, so be sure to check back!

The studio is coming along well.  I've been working on the decor a little more lately.  I just hung my new gallery of frames from The Organic Bloom.  I'm seriously in love these frames!!  They look amazing!  Which reminds me, I don't think I've posted about The Organic Bloom yet.  I now offer the amazing hand-crafted frames from The Organic Bloom!  They have so many styles and colors to choose from and the quality is great.  If you are looking for beautiful frames for your portraits, contact me for more info about The Organic Bloom frames!

Otherwise, there are a few final touches here and there to finish in the studio and it will be complete.  As I've been working on the renovations, I've come to the realization that I need to downsize the furniture again.  Sadly, the lovely, vintage green velvet couch is on it's way out, as are a few of the chairs.  Love them, but it's time to make some more room in the studio.

Well, I suppose it's time for me to dive back into designing!
