On August 17th, I spent my day with Brandon and Cassie as they got married. Their ceremony was held at Brown Deer Golf Course in Coralville. It was a busy location that day with a golf event going on, but we were still able to have our formal session there. Their first look was on the deck area just outside of their ceremony location. It was beautiful and emotional. I love the moment when a bride and groom see each other for the first time.
Their reception was held at the Coralville Holiday Inn. Before heading there after the ceremony we made a stop out at Kinnick Stadium. Cassie is from Iowa and is a big Hawkeyes fan, but Brandon is from Nebraska and roots for the Huskers. So we played that up with some Hawks/Huskers shots in front of Kinnick.
Then it was off to enjoy the reception. We took a few more formal pictures of Brandon and Cassie around the Holiday Inn. Our time with them was cut short earlier in the day due to starting behind schedule. Thankfully they were game for stealing away from the reception for 10 minutes to get a few more photos in. I love the images in front of the brick wall. So beautiful.
