Nick & Emily

At the end of June I assisted Greg Frieden Photography in capturing this beautiful day.  Nick and Emily were such a fun a loving couple.  Their day was filled with love: their strong love for each other, the love and support of their families, and the love for them that each wedding guest brought.

In addition to capturing them moment of their first look on their wedding day, which was filled with emotion and happy tears, Emily also chose to have a first look moment with her father.  I have photographed a father-daughter first look once before.  I am not sure if it's because I have daughters and know that this will one day be a moment beyond words for our family or because I am so strongly bonded with my own father, but I think father-daughter first looks are truly one of the most beautiful moments.  The look on Emily's father's face as he turned around and saw his little girl looking gorgeous in her wedding gown about to marry the man of her dreams was priceless.

Their ceremony was an intimate gathering of close friends and family.  The vows they wrote each other were full of loving humor and true passion for each other.  After the ceremony, we photographed Nick and Emily with their cool vintage bikes Emily's father had gotten them.  So much fun!

Congratulations Nick and Emily!  Thank you to Greg Frieden Photography for allowing me to assist you in capturing this amazing day!
