The Winekauf Family

This past week I headed up to Lake McBride to photograph the Winekauf family.  They are a gorgeous family and were a pleasure to work with.  Their son was home on a brief pass from his duties in the Air Force and we were able to seize the opportunity to capture some beautiful images of them all together.


I love family portraits and strongly recommend to people to have theirs taken.  It is so important to keep a record of your family for you, for your children, and for generations to come.  You can never go back in time and recreated them.  Your children will never again be as little as they are today.  These are the moments we look back years from now and treasure.  I feel honored to have been asked to capture these moments for this beautiful family.  The images of their youngest girl riding on the shoulders of her big brother simply melts my heart.
