In March, I had the pleasure of capturing Junstin and Stefaney's wedding. It was a beautiful March day and we were surrounded by such loving and wonderful friends and family of the couple. It was simply perfect.
We started our formal session at the church, before the ceremony, with the couple's first look. I love this moment of the day perhaps more than others. To see the excitement and emotion on their faces as they get to see each other for the first time on the wedding day is just beautiful.
After the ceremony, we headed to the Old Capital for some fun bridal party pictures and got some gorgeous shots of Justin and Stefaney. On our way to the reception, we stopped at their home in Kalona to get a quick picture with their dog. Behind their house, across a field, the sun was setting and creating a gorgeous glow. I'm so glad we were able to take a few minutes for some photos with the sunset before it passed.
I am so privileged to do what I do. I truly am. Thank you to Justin and Stefaney for allowing us to capture their amazing day and thank you to Michael Weber to assisting me.
